La terapia cognitivo-conductual, que llevo a cabo, está considerada la más efectiva para el tratamiento de trastornos como ansiedad o depresión.

La terapia EMDR es uno de los tratamientos recomendados para los trastornos relacionados con el trauma.

• Experto en Psicología Audiovisual y de las Artes Escénicas (COP)
• EMDR Nivel I (Instituto Imaya)

Experiencia laboral:
Además de mi labor como psicólogo en diferentes clínicas, a lo largo de mi trayectoria he podido participar en otros ámbitos:

• Psicólogo en proyecto teatral con personas en riesgo de exclusión social, liderado por la autora Paloma Pedrero.
• Atendiendo a pacientes en duelo tras el fallecimiento de un familiar.
• Dando conferencias a diversas empresas, sobre ansiedad o autocuidado.
• Ofreciendo asesoramiento psicológico a trabajadores que han perdido a compañeros en accidentes laborales.
• Psicólogo en Centro de Día de personas con Alzheimer.
